Each piece is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure that you receive only the finest quality jewellery.

🔁 Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return — provided the following conditions are met:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

• All tags must be intact, and a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

• Returns are accepted only if:

• The wrong product was sent,

• The product is damaged or defective, or

• The design differs from what was ordered.

❌ No return or exchange will be accepted for size issues.

Please check the size chart carefully before placing your order.

Customized or personalized jewellery (such as name pendants or made-to-order pieces) cannot be returned or exchanged.

Once your return request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.

💰 Refund Policy

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days through your original payment method.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

If it has been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at svarbha1@gmail.com.

If the return is made due to a change of mind or preference, store credit or exchange (if applicable) will be provided instead of a cash refund.

⚠️ Non-returnable / Exception Items

Returns or refunds are not applicable for:

• Customized or personalized jewellery

• Sale or discounted items

• Gift cards

• Products damaged due to misuse or lack of care

Please note:

Gold-plated jewellery should be kept away from water, perfume, and chemicals to preserve its shine and plating.

Natural fading or dullness due to time or use is not covered under return or refund.

🔄 Exchange Policy

If you wish to get a different product, the fastest way is to return the current item (if eligible) and place a new order for the desired one once your return is approved.

🇪🇺 European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason.

As above, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
